Overview

In dealing with complex numbers, it is needed to construct and act on a two
items set, that is called the *complex*number. The actions start with regular arithmetic operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication. Other actions are specific to complex numbers calculus, such as: over, norm, squaring.

Implementation

To use the complex library, place all the code at the end of your Tyl program,
define your *first*running function, and use the functionality in the library. All functions that start with underscore character: '_', are functions that

**change**their first parameter. Because complex number components are real numbers,

`equal`

function checks *probable*equality. If needed change equality delta.

Expansion

To expand the complex library, add more functionality in your code that either
adds more actions over complex numbers, or adds functions that make calculations and
other programming functionality with the library's functions.
